Here's something I've learned when encountering "Wardrobe Block:" When in doubt, channel your inner "tough girl." Reason being? Well at times I find myself panicing about what to wear when I have an overflowing closet with infinite sartorial possibilities- and typically this makes me frustrated! So I express that anger by showing a darker side to my style. But more so, I also love how grungy elements such as spikes and skulls can translate into something so effortlessly chic. And in this case, by combining these, with a statement piece such as the Bold Striped Tank Dress from Addison, the added pop of color and the feminine silhouette will help tone down the look (and hopefully mood) and make it an instant winner.
