I'm absolutely swooning over the my new red snakeskin D&G sandals that I scored for a mere $50 a few weeks ago. I thought adding these to my nude color palette (as pictured above) would be a nice pop of color and also emphasize the snakeskin theme in my look --hence my Remi & Emmy purse. This outfit proved to be appropriate and successful for Monday night's Remi&Emmy Girl's Night Out event at the Caravan studio here in the city-- And my first thought I had upon entering, was this: "Bloggers, bags, fashion oh my!" Let's just say, it was a much needed night out with friends and a good way to celebrate the launch of a truly unique and blogger-oriented brand. The only problem is... I couldn't and still can't decide whether I identify more with the downtown cool Remi... or the uptown chic Emmy. I mean, I'd like to consider myself a downtown girl with an uptown budget...but I guess only time will tell.
