A Tribute to the Classics

Despite the plethora of new trends that sweep the runway each season, it's important to understand that you can always rely on the classics as go-to's in your wardrobe. I'm talking classic pieces, palettes and fabrics that just keep coming back in style and exuberate comfort. In this case I opted for the widely popular black and gold combination as well as denim, which have been updated with trendy elements such as the studs seen on my Rebecca Minkoff bag and Forever21 shorts and sequins as seen on my Talulah Sunrise blazer. Add a pop of red lipstick (a la Duane Reade) and BAM, your look is (black and) golden. Happy Friday everyone!
