A quick glimpse at what I wore while helping out the first day at Teen Vogue Fashion University. Amazingly enough, since the weekend I've been receiving a ton of emails from you all and it's incredibly humbling and a necessary reminder to be thankful for everything I have. I took these photos in Astoria, a neighborhood that has really  became near and dear to my heart as it was one of the many areas of NYC I had the pleasure of growing up in. So seeing the incredibly talented FASHION U students come from all corners of the world, has only further re-affirmed the fact that I live in one of the greatest cities on Earth. Furthermore, it has reaffirmed me of the fact that while the big apple is seen by most a jackpot for opportunity (and fashion!), for me it will always simply be home.
