However, that may not be the case here as I'm still flouncing around with a short {but fun-feathered} skirt and high heels. Regardless, the sudden ice bomb New York is now experiencing kind of puts me back in the mood for a dark palette and classic winter staples. Namely my trench coat and my beloved Juicy Couture turtleneck knit. But what would fashion be without a twist or two, hence the feathered skirt and the classic ShoeMint pumps with the metallic sheen. I'm dressed in my navy uniform and ready for any climate. xo
